Amazing, Amazing, Amazing
I just had the best two nights in a Standard Double Room! The breakfast was not only generous but also bursting with flavor, just what you'd want to kickstart your day. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, like when they greeted my pup with treats and love!

Exceptional spa services, relaxing thermal suite experience, diverse menu options
Room cleanliness could be vastly improved!!! Noise from neighboring rooms during the night was unbearable!!! Access to certain rooms could be better planned with mobility issues!!! Dining prices for amenities seemed excessive!!!

the shower in my room was kinda weak and the noise from outside was a bit much at night. also, it was hot in the room with no air con.

Spa bliss with a few bumps
Had a fab time at the spa! The staff were super friendly and the place was spotless. The Rasul treatment was nice, but we seriously didn’t get enough products. Afternoon tea, though—major letdown. Just not cool to miss scones. Still, loved chilling in the bar lounge. a solid time!

Couples retreat with some quirks
The spa facilities were exceptional, I mean we spent hours there, it was absolutely beautiful. The bed in our room, wow, it was like sleeping on a cloud and the staff really made us feel welcome, always polite and eager to help.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still acceptable in the grand scheme of things.

great atmosphere but a few minor flaws
The staff were exceptionally attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The shellac pedicure at the spa was an absolute delight, with just the right level of pampering.
The room could have used a little more soundproofing.

Clean and spacious room was a highlight, along with the friendly and welcoming staff who made the stay enjoyable. The breakfast, ordered instead of a buffet, was delightful, and the baked apples were a great treat. Unfortunately, one staff member at breakfast was quite grumpy, which impacted the atmosphere, and the remote village location made it challenging for outings.

I really enjoyed the spacious bedroom with lovely views of the water fountain outside. The amenities like tea and coffee made it feel welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, which added a nice touch to the experience. The thermal suite at the spa was relaxing and one of the highlights of the trip. On the downside, I was disappointed about the need to pay an additional £20 each for spa access despite being a paying guest. The initial motions for the evening meal were frustrating, with my food arriving lukewarm and another guest returning meals. The breakfast was a mixed bag. the continental spread looked good, but I found the cooked items underwhelming and cold. It was hard to get breakfast prompts from the staff because they seemed rushed. Better communication about these details would help improve the overall experience.
